Please call us during reception opening hours to make an appointment. During the day, we are able to offer longer appointments (15 minutes) than in the evenings (10 minutes). We always request that you make a daytime appointment for more complex issues. Our assistants will conduct a pre-consultation assessment over the phone to ensure the appointment runs as smoothly as possible. Please let us know if you would like to make an appointment with a preferred vet.
If you are unable to keep your appointment
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us in good time (preferably 1 day in advance). That way we can offer the appointment to someone else who needs it. If appointments are repeatedly missed, we will charge for these.
Get to know us
You are most welcome pay the practice a visit (without your pet) if you would like to meet us. You can make an appointment for this at no charge. If you have a puppy or a kitten, we offer free health checks. Breeders often require that these health checks take place within 3 days of acquiring the animal.
Advice over the phone
When giving advice over the phone, our assistants may need to confer with a vet. In such cases, they will call you back later.
